· 2015 Culvert Replacement or Repair: Appropriation.
· Five corrugated steel culvert pipes on the County highway system are at the end of their useful service lives and are in need of replacement or repair.
· The culverts are located under the following County highways: Delany Road, Deep Lake Road, York House Road, and two locations along Fairfield Road.
· Before a project letting can be held, an appropriation of $600,000 of County Bridge Tax funds is necessary.

R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, there are corrugated steel culvert pipes at locations under the County highway system; and
WHEREAS, five of said culvert pipes are at the end of their useful service lives and are in need of replacement or repair; and
WHEREAS, before a construction letting can be held, an appropriation of funds is needed.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, that there is hereby appropriated $600,000 of County Bridge Tax funds for the above-said replacement or repair of five corrugated steel culvert pipes, at various locations on the Lake County highway system, and designated as Section 14-00999-06-DR.
