RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, there is an existing vacancy on the Beach Park Drainage District for the September 5, 2013 through September 6, 2016 term; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Betsy Hastings as a member of the Beach Park Drainage District to fulfill the vacancy for a term ending September 6, 2016.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Betsy Hastings for a term ending September 6, 2016 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
