RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Illinois Compiled Statues requires that the Director and Alternate Director of any joint action water agency must be appointed by Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, by the terms of an Ordinance approving the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency and the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency Agreement, it is necessary to reappoint a Director and to reappoint an Alternate Director to serve said Agency as representatives of Lake County.
WHEREAS, the terms for Jeff Werfel as Director and Nick Sauer as Alternate Director of the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency expire on April 30, 2015.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that Jeff Werfel is hereby reappointed to serve as Director and Nick Sauer is hereby reappointed to serve as Alternate Director of the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency for a term ending April 30, 2017, as set forth in the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency Agreement.
