Staff Summary
* Lake County implemented the Oracle eBusiness Suite in 2003, which included Oracle Standard Benefits.
* Due to a recent version upgrade by Oracle, there is a need to upgrade from Oracle Standard Benefits to Oracle Advanced Benefits to provide full functionality of the module.
* A Request for Proposal (RFP) was issued to identify a qualified firm for consulting services to complete the implementation from Oracle Standard Benefits to Oracle Advance Benefits.
* A RFP was extended to 25 vendors and proposals were received from five vendors.
* In accordance with the evaluation criteria established in the RFP, the Human Resources Department reviewed and determined that the proposal submitted by PEG Consulting of Boise, Idaho, is the most qualified and favorable proposal for Lake County.
* The contract includes implementation and consulting services in a contract amount not to exceed $158,250.

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 5-102 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, Proposals were called for by publication for Oracle Advanced Benefits Conversion Services; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to said publication, request for proposals were extended to 25 vendors; and
WHEREAS, sealed proposals were received and opened from five vendors in the County Building, Waukegan, Illinois, on Thursday, February 26, 2015, at 2:00 p.m.; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Evaluation Criteria as established in the Request for Proposal, the Human Resources Department determined that the proposal submitted by PEG Consulting LLC is the most qualified and favorable proposal for Lake County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the Purchasing Agent is hereby directed to enter into a contract with PEG Consulting...
