· This resolution authorizes emergency appropriations in the FY 2015 LCDOT capital funds budget for previously approved projects and additional revenue.
· These projects and revenue were not included in the FY 2015 budget.
· Without this action, these projects and revenue will not have the budget authority required.

R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, as part of the budget preparation for fiscal year (FY) 2015, and as part of the year end activities for FY 2014, certain projects have been identified in the FY 2014 budget that, for a variety of reasons, will not be completed by the end of the fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, as part of the budget preparation for FY 2015, and as part of the year end activities for FY 2014, additional revenue has been identified; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the FY 2015 budget to re-authorize the associated budgets for the previously approved projects and appropriate the additional revenue.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, that emergency appropriations for FY 2015 in the LCDOT's capital and bond funds, for projects previously approved and for additional revenue, are hereby authorized as detailed in the attached listing, which is hereby made a part of this resolution.
