R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board and the Libertyville Township Road District Highway Commissioner, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the Hot-Mix surface removal, Class D patching and construction of Hot-Mix asphalt leveling binder course and surface course lifts in Sunset Acres and Providence Acres Subdivisions in Libertyville Township Road District, and designated as Section 15-10119-01-GM; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication and calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on March 17, 2015, at 10:00 A.M. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois, a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
