R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board and the Grant Township Road District Highway Commissioner, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for Hot-Mix surface removal, Class D patching and constructing Hot-Mix asphalt leveling binder and Hot-Mix asphalt surface course lifts in Crockett's Estate Subdivision in the Grant Township Road District, and designated as Section 15-08103-03-GM; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication and calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on March 17, 2015, at 10:00 A.M. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois, a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
