R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the microsurfacing of Deep Lake Road, from Illinois Route 173 to the State Line, and North Avenue, from Deep Lake Road to State Line Road, and designated as Section 15-00999-12-RS; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication calling for said bid, sealed bids were received and opened on March 17, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:

WHEREAS, the Public Works and Transportation Committee, the County Engineer and the Purchasing Agent have examined each bid, and it appears that the lowest responsible bidder is Microsurfacing Contractors, LLC, St. Louis, Missouri, their bid being $391,006.70 based on estimated quantities and unit prices; and
