R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the intersection improvement of O'Plaine Road, at Kennedy Drive, and designated as Section 09-00109-06-CH; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication calling for said bid, sealed bids were received and opened on March 17, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
