R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the resurfacing of Center Street, from Illinois Route 83 to U.S. Route 45, and designated as Section 14-00189-04-RS; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication calling for said bid, sealed bids were received and opened on March 17, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
