WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the Lake County Public Aid Committee; and  

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Patricia Jones, Waukegan Township Supervisor as a Member of the Lake County Public Aid Committee for a term ending November 30, 2016.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Patricia Jones as a Member of the Lake County Public Aid Committee be, and the same is hereby confirmed, for a term ending November 30, 2015, or until her successor shall have been duly appointed and qualified be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
