WHEREAS, Member Nancy Dague of the Lakes Region Sanitary District has resigned; and

WHEREAS, the resignation of Member Nancy Dague creates a vacancy on the Lakes Region Sanitary District; and

WHEREAS, your chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of James M. Miller III as a member of the Lakes Region Sanitary District to complete the remaining term of this vacancy, ending May 1, 2017.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of James M. Miller III as a member of the Lakes Region Sanitary District for a term ending May 1, 2017 be approved and the same is hereby confirmed.
