R E S O L U T I O N

WHEREAS, Fremont Center Road, County Highway 62, is a designated route on the County highway system; and

WHEREAS, Fremont Center Road will be reconstructed, from Gilmer Road to Illinois Route 60; and

WHEREAS, the Phase II design engineering services will be completed by Lake County Division of Transportation staff; and

WHEREAS, permit fees and additional design engineering services will be needed to address specialized items such as: geotechnical, topographic survey, wetland delineation and clean construction demolition debris testing; and

WHEREAS, in order to acquire the necessary permits and additional design engineering services, an appropriation of funds is needed.  

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, that there is hereby appropriated $150,000 of Matching Tax funds for permit fees and additional design engineering services needed to address specialized items such as: geotechnical, topographic survey, wetland delineation and clean construction demolition debris testing for the Fremont Center Road reconstruction, and designated as Section 14-00138-03-RS.
