R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, O'Plaine Road, County Highway 38, is a designated route on the County highway system; and
WHEREAS, Kennedy Drive intersects O'Plaine Road just south of Illinois Route 120; and
WHEREAS, it would be beneficial for the safety and welfare of the motoring public if the intersection of O'Plaine Road at Kennedy Drive could be removed in cooperation with the City of Waukegan; and
WHEREAS, the removal of the intersection of O'Plaine Road at Kennedy Drive requires that the public road access to the subdivision currently served by Kennedy Drive be served instead by a new road connection to Kennedy Drive with an extension of West Avenue, in cooperation with the City of Waukegan; and
