WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy for an Alternate Member on the Northwest Lake County Wholesale Policy Advisory Committee; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Tom Weber as an Alternate Member of the Northwest Lake County Wholesale Policy Advisory Committee.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment Tom Weber as Alternate Member of the Northwest Lake County Wholesale Policy Advisory Committee be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
