RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Lake County Emergency Telephone System Board for the Lake County 9-1-1 Service Area was established by Ordinance of this County Board adopted January 9, 1990, and amended May 14, 1996; and
WHEREAS, appointments to the Lake County Emergency Telephone System Board are made with staggered two year terms ending November 30 of each year; and
WHEREAS, the term of John Byrne as a member of the Lake County Emergency Telephone System Board has expired; and
WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of John Byrne as a member of the Lake County Emergency Telephone System Board for a term ending November 30, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that John Byrne as a member of the Lake County Emergency Telephone System Board for a term ending November 30, 2016 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
