RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, on September 13, 2011 the Lake County Board adopted the Administrative Adjudication Ordinance (11-0625) creating a position for an Administrative Adjudication Hearing Officer; and

WHEREAS, a staff team interviewed candidates and unanimously recommend Mr. David Eterno as the Administrative Adjudication Hearing Officer on September 13, 2011; and

WHEREAS, the term of David Eterno as Administrative Adjudication Hearing Officer has expired; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of David Eterno as Administrative Adjudication Hearing Officer for a term ending December 1, 2017.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that there appointment of David Eterno as Administrative Adjudication Hearing Officer for a term ending December 1, 2017 be and the same is hereby confirmed.
