RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the County Board adopted the current Lake County Housing and Community Development Commission By-Laws on September 9, 2014; and

WHEREAS, the revisions to the Lake County Housing and Community Development Commission By-Laws increases the number of members on the Commission from 15 to 17; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Virginia Mulligan as member for the Lake County Housing and Community Development Commission for the term ending December 31, 2019.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Virginia Mulligan as member for the Housing and Lake County Community Development Commission for the term ending December 31, 2019 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
