* 68 Public Works sites are being serviced in the amount of $156,382, one Division of Transportation site is being serviced in the amount of $10,606 and 11 Facility Operations sites are being serviced in the amount of $46,144.

WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 4-102of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, bids were called for by publication on for Lawn Care and Landscape Services for Lake County Public Works; Division of Transportation; and Facility Operations; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to said publication, an Invitation to Bid was extended to 17 vendors; and
WHEREAS, one sealed bid was received from a local vendor and opened in the Central Permit Facility, Libertyville, Illinois on Thursday, March 6, 2014, at 2:00 p.m.; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Landscape Concepts Management, Inc., Grayslake, IL in the estimated annual amount of $213,132 for lawn care and landscape services of which $156,382 will be charged to various Public Works accounts, $10,606 will be charged to Division of Transportation account 214-4300040-72250-000-000-000-000...
