R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board and the Warren Township Road District Highway Commissioner, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for patching, and constructing Hot-Mix Asphalt leveling binder and Hot-Mix surface course lifts on Orchard Valley Drive in the Warren Township Road District, and designated as Section 14-14118-02-GM; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication and calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on March 18, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois, a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
