Behavioral Health Advisory Committee Appointments - Testa

The BHS Advisory Committee has been informally meeting continuously every other month on the second Wednesday of the month starting in January. This petition is to serve to formalize the meeting under the Board of Health.
Current members include:
· Charles Bassett - Consumer Representative
· Beverly Ann Cooper - Community Member, Family of Mental Illness
· Rebecca Craig - NICASA
· Susan Fackler - Community Social Worker with Ela Township
· David Fries - Catholic Charities
· Jim Johnson - Consumer Representative, Independence Center
· Lori Lewis - Safe Haven Program Consultant/Developer/Clinician at PADS Crisis Services, Inc.
Eugene Marceron, LCSW - Clinical Director of the Independence Center
· Dr. Sue Radtke - Northpointe Resources
· John Schuler, Psy.D. - Board of Health
· Tom Schreiner - A Safe Place
· David Ventrelle, Psy.D. - Rosalind Franklin University
· Charla Waxman - Vista Medical Center West
Robert Weckler - Weckler & Associates (provides DUI services and treatment programs)
Joel Williams - PADS Executive Director
