WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on the Wauconda Fire Protection District; and
WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Luis Planas, M.D., as a member of the Wauconda for a term ending May 6, 2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Luis Planas, M.D. as a member of the Wauconda Fire Protection District for a term ending May 6, 2013 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
