R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Deerfield Parkway, County Highway 11, and Buffalo Grove Road, County Highway 16, are designated routes on the County highway system; and
WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the safety and welfare of the motoring public if Deerfield Parkway, Busch Parkway to Barclay Boulevard, and Buffalo Grove Road at Sandalwood Road could be resurfaced; and
WHEREAS, the project will consist of the installation of ultra-thin concrete white-topping over a milled bituminous surface on the two roads, and designated as Section 10-00999-11-RS; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove is desirous to include the construction of a connecting sidewalk within the Deerfield Parkway right-of-way as part of said Section 10-00999-11-RS; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Buffalo Grove and Lake County are desirous of entering into an agreement stating the terms and conditions for the said construction and maintenance of the sidewalk, within the Deerfield Parkway right-of-way, a draft copy of which is attached hereto; and
