· Libertyville Township will reimburse the County approximately $200,000 to replace two corrugated steel culvert pipes on Libertyville Township highways.
· Before a project letting can be held, an appropriation of $1,225,000 of County Bridge Tax funds is necessary.

R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, there are corrugated steel culvert pipes at locations under the County Highway system and at locations on the Libertyville Township highways; and
WHEREAS, several of said culvert pipes are at the end of their useful service lives and are in need of replacement; and.
WHEREAS, Libertyville Township will reimburse the County approximately $200,000 for the replacement of two corrugated steel culvert pipes on Libertyville Township highways; and
WHEREAS, before a construction letting can be held, an appropriation of funds is needed.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, that there is hereby appropriated $1,225,000 of County Bridge Tax funds for the above-said replacement of thirteen corrugated steel culvert pipes at various locations on the Lake County highway system and replacing two corrugated steel culvert pipes on Libertyville Township highways, and designated as Section 11-00999-22-DR.
