Joint resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2012 annual budget for Winchester House and authorizing an emergency appropriation.
Staff Summary
· The Lake County Board approved the Winchester House FY 2012 budget as part of the normal budget cycle in November 2011.
· In accordance with the managerial agreement, Health Dimensions Group (HDG) submitted a modified budget.
· The attached are the amendments to the FY 2012 adopted budget and reflect changes to both revenue and expense as proposed by HDG.

R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the Lake County Board approved an annual budget for Winchester House as part of the Lake County budget approved on November 8, 2011; and
WHEREAS, new management at Winchester House requires amendment to both revenues and expenses within the operating budget; and
WHEREAS, Health Dimensions Group and Lake County have agreed upon the amendments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this Lake County Board, that an emergency appropriation is authorized amending the Winchester House FY 2012 Annual Budget from $14,966,991 to $13,545,056 in total revenues and from $17,425,594 to $16,679,363 in total expenses; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the specific accounts will be amended as indicated in the attachments.
