WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Brian Wattleworth as a member of the Warren-Waukegan Fire Protection District for a term ending May 4, 2015.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Brian Wattleworth as a member of the Warren-Waukegan Fire Protection District for a term ending May 4, 2015 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
