WHEREAS, the term of Amos J. Monk as a member of the Public Water District has expired; and
WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Amos J. Monk as a member of the Public Water District for a term ending May 6, 2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Amos J. Monk as a member of the Public Water District for a term ending May 6, 2013 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
