R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, this Lake County Board, by prior resolution at its meeting of July 12, 2011, appropriated $1,100,000 of Motor Fuel Tax funds for fiscal year 2012 contract maintenance services needed to maintain the traffic control signal installations with interconnect, and install other field equipment; and
WHEREAS, a supplemental appropriation of funds is deemed necessary to expand the PASSAGE wireless network on municipal water towers.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, that there is hereby appropriated a supplemental amount of $100,000 of Motor Fuel Tax funds for fiscal year 2012 contract maintenance services needed to maintain the traffic control signal installations with interconnect, and install other field equipment and designated as Section 12-00000-01-GM.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this appropriation be processed by the County Engineer for final approval of the Illinois Department of Transportation in accordance with the "Agreement of Understanding" between the Illinois Department of Transportation and Lake County, dated January 22, 2003.
