R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the reconstruction, widening, installation of permanent traffic control signals, excavation of a 22 acre detention pond and installing storm sewer and culverts on Delany Road, from York House Road to Wadsworth Road and designated as Section 00-00093-18-WR; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication and calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on December 13, 2011, at 10:00 AM at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
