· Rollins Road, in the vicinity of Wilson Road, has been reconstructed and realigned.
· Portions of the existing Rollins Road have been left in place to serve as frontage roads; a new road name needs to be designated.
· The sections from Rollins Road northwesterly approximately 290 feet, and from Rollins Road northeasterly approximately 280 feet on either side of Squaw Creek are now frontage roads.
· This resolution designates the frontage roads name as Old Rollins Road.

R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Rollins Road, County Highway 31, in the vicinity of Squaw Creek, west of Wilson Road, County Highway 7, has been reconstructed and realigned; and
WHEREAS, portions of the existing Rollins Road have been left in place to serve as frontage roads and for which new road names need to be designated; and
WHEREAS, the Grant Township Road District desires the portions of the frontage roads from Rollins Road northwesterly approximately 290 feet, and from Rollins Road northeasterly approximately 280 feet, on either side of Squaw Creek, be named Old Rollins Road, as depicted on the maps attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with 55 ILCS 5/5-1067, the County may name or change the name of any road in the county highway system and may name or change the name of any road in unincorporated areas.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the new frontage roads created out of the existing Rollins Road, from Rollins Road northwesterly approximately 290 feet, and from Rollins Road northeasterly approximately 280 feet, on either side of Squaw Creek west of Wilson Road are hereby named Old Rollins Road, as depicted on the maps attached hereto.
