Resolution providing for the appointment of David Eterno as Administrative Adjudication Hearing Officer.
Body
WHEREAS, on September 13, 2011 the Lake County Board adopted the Administrative Adjudication Ordinance (11-0625). There now exists an opening for an Administrative Adjudication Hearing Officer; and
WHEREAS, a staff team requested proposals from qualified professional hearing officers and evaluated these proposals, visited a current hearing, and interviewed candidates; and
WHEREAS, the staff team, after a thorough evaluation, unanimously recommend Mr. David Eterno; and
WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of David Eterno as Administrative Adjudication Hearing Officer for a term ending December 1, 2014.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of David Eterno as Administrative Adjudication Hearing Officer for a term ending December 1, 2014 be and the same is hereby confirmed.
