R E S O L U T I O N

WHEREAS, it would be beneficial for the safety and welfare of the motoring public if Illinois Route 59 at Grand Avenue and Washington Street could be improved; and

WHEREAS, it is advisable that a consultant engineering firm be employed to provide said Phase I Preliminary engineering services; and

WHEREAS, Lake County, by and through its Division of Transportation, has selected a professional engineering services firm in accordance with the Local Government Professional Services Selection Act, 50 ILCS 510/1 et. seq.; and

WHEREAS, Alfred Benesch and Company, Chicago, Illinois, are consulting engineers skilled in the provision of said Phase I Preliminary engineering services.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, that Alfred Benesch and Company, Chicago, Illinois, be employed to provide said Phase I Preliminary engineering services, and that the County Board Chair, the County Clerk and the County Engin...
