WHEREAS, the terms of Douglas Jaeger and Michael Ruchti as members of the Public Water District have expired; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the reappointments of Douglas Jaeger and Michael Ruchti as members of the Public Water District for terms ending on Thursday, May 1, 2025.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointments of Douglas Jaeger and Michael Ruchti as  members of the Public Water District for terms ending on Thursday, May 1, 2025 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
