ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, a levy ordinance for Special Service Area (SSA) Number Eight was approved by the Lake County Board on September 18, 1990; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance stated that a levy sufficient to pay the cost of lake maintenance and restoration for SSA Number Eight shall be made each year thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that there be and there is levied upon all of the taxable property in said SSA Number Eight, in addition to all other taxes, a direct tax of $50,000 for tax year 2025 collected in calendar year 2026.
