Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center received additional grant funding of $10,000 for the Local Health Protection Program for Sexually Transmitted Infections through the Illinois Department of Public Health. The period of performance is from May 1, 2024, to June 30, 2024. This will fund an advertising campaign which will be implemented to promote the benefits of doxy-PEP in preventing STIs.
Suggested Motion
To approve the Illinois Department of Public Health grant funding and emergency appropriate $10,000 for LCFY24.
