Presented are seven (7) LIP for initial appointment and reappointment. The Medical Director has verified the privileges requested by the provider are appropriate for the provider’s training and experience. The Medical Director and the Governing Council Personnel Committee have studied the applications, raised questions where necessary, and recommend approval.

• Jennifer Gassman, APRN, Family Nurse Practitioner
• Jupa James, MD, Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease
• Anatoliy Pyslar, MD, Psychiatry
