Staff Summary
• NACo annually allows for members to submit policy resolutions and platform changes for consideration at the NACo Annual Conference. The NACo resolutions process provides members with the ability to participate in national policy decisions affecting county governments.
• In 2025, staff worked with Members on the submission of resolutions related to Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) funding, Digital Literacy, Election Cybersecurity Funding, Railway Safety, and Community-based Violence Intervention funding.
