                                          WHEREAS, MB Financial Bank has expressed an interest in becoming a depository for County funds; and submitted a copy of its financial statement for the quarter ending March 31, 2010;

           NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the list of depositories approved by the Lake County Board is hereby amended to include MB Financial Bank.
