RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the term of Sheila Elston as a trustee of the Deerfield-Bannockburn Fire Protection District Board expired on May 3, 2026; and
WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Brett Soloway as a trustee of the Deerfield-Bannockburn Fire Protection District Board for a term beginning immediately and ending on May 6, 2029.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Brett Soloway as a trustee of the Deerfield-Bannockburn Fire Protection District Board for a term beginning immediately and ending on May 6, 2029, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
