WHEREAS, the term of Lavanya Srinivasan as member for the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board expired on Sunday, June 30, 2019; and

WHEREAS, your chair requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Lavanya Srinivasan as member for the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board for the term ending Thursday, June 30, 2022.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Lavanya Srinivasan as member for the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board for the term ending Thursday, June 30, 2022 be, and the same is hereby, confirmed.
