RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, on March 11, 2008, the County Board approved the formation of an ad hoc Judicial Facilities Review Committee to review County Judicial Construction Projects in the short and long term, and further, to charge the Judicial Facilities Review Committee with the task of reviewing all pertinent information relating to planned future construction and to periodically report back to the County Board on their findings and progress; and
WHEREAS, the resolution creating the ad hoc Judicial Facilities Review Committee also provided for the appointment of members to represent the stakeholder groups; and
WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that Chief Judge Victoria Rossetti be appointed to replace the former Chief Judge as a member of the Judicial Facilities Review Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Chief Judge Victoria Rossetti be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
