Staff Summary
· As part of the ongoing rate study, there are several policy issues that require feedback and decisions from the Committee in order to incorporate into the study.
· Several issues will be covered at this session, including conservation pricing, minimum charge, non-metered sewer charges, and summer sewer credits.
· Comments and direction from Committee will be incorporated in the study to develop recommended rates.
