Staff Summary
• The Advisory Board was established to make recommendations to the Health and Community Services Committee and the County Board on such issues as mission, operational performance, management, and market position of Winchester House.
• The Advisory Board’s By-Laws, as adopted by the County Board, require that an end of fiscal year report be made to the Health and Community Services Committee within 120 days following the end of a fiscal year.
• The Chairman of the Advisory Board, Rick Olsen, will be present at the meeting to give the fiscal year 2009 year end report to the Health and community Services Committee.
