RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the term of Srikanth Davuluri as a member of the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board will expire on June 30, 2025; and
WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Srikanth Davuluri as a member of the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board for a term beginning on July 1, 2005, and ending on June 30, 2028.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Srikanth Davuluri as a member of the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board for a term beginning on July 1, 2005, and ending on June 30, 2028, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
