Resolution providing for the appointment of Craig Taylor as Director and Pat Carey as Alternate Director of the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency for the two year term ending April 30, 2015.

WHEREAS, the Illinois Compiled Statues requires that the Director and Alternate Director of any joint action water agency must be appointed by Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, by the terms of an Ordinance approving the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency and the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency Agreement, it is necessary to appoint a Director and to appoint an Alternate Director to serve said Agency as representatives of Lake County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that Craig Taylor is hereby appointed to serve as Director and Pat Carey is hereby appointed to serve as Alternate Director of the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency for a term ending April 30, 2015, as set forth in the Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency Agreement.
