R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Lake County, by and through its Division of Transportation, maintains approximately 295 centerline miles of designated county highways on the county highway system; and
WHEREAS, Lake County, by and through its Division of Transportation, needs to acquire highway maintenance materials and services from time to time; and
WHEREAS, in order to acquire necessary maintenance materials and services, an appropriation of funds is required for each fiscal year.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, that there is hereby appropriated $30,000 County Bridge Tax funds and $30,000 of Matching Tax funds for FY 2012 acquisition of materials and services needed to maintain drainage and bridge facilities, pavements, shoulders, guardrails, fencing, and right-of-way and designated as Section 12-00000-03-GM.
