• In accordance with Section 33.115 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, a cooperative purchasing contract with CDW-G has been identified through Omnia Partners (2018011) to procure needed goods, services, construction, or professional services that have been competitively solicited and awarded.

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, VMware software enables organizations to create, manage and optimize virtualized IT environments. (Many computer systems on just one physical machine); and
WHEREAS, this contract authorizes an agreement with CDW-G for the durations of three-years for a total cost of $665,740.80; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 33.115 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, a cooperative purchasing contract with CDW-G has been identified through Omnia Partners (2018011) to procure needed goods, services, construction, or professional services that have been competitively solicited and awarded.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT BE RESOLOVED, by this Lake County Board, that the Purchasing Agent is authorized to enter into a three-year contract with CDW-G to continue VMware services and licenses for $665,740.80.
