RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the term of Mukesh Chaudhry, M.D. as a member of the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board expired June 30, 2024; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Emmanuel N. Njoku, M.D. as a member of the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board for a term beginning immediately and ending on June 30, 2027.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Emmanuel N. Njoku, M.D. as a member of the Tuberculosis Sanatorium Board for a term beginning immediately and ending on June 30, 2027, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
