Change in Health Center Hours of Operation - Burke

As defined in the Governing Council bylaws, one of the responsibilities assigned to the Council is the approval of hours of services delivered at Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center (LCHD/CHC) Federally Qualified Health Center locations. LCHD/CHC is bringing the attached revised hours of operation for the health centers for review and approval.
Suggested Motion
To approve the hours of operation for the LCHD/CHC health centers as presented.
