RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Lake County 19th Judicial Circuit Court is pursuing a way finding system to better assist the public with navigating the courts; and
WHEREAS, AdGators has been utilized by the 19th Judicial Circuit Court of Lake County since 2018 for the Court docket display system; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 33.066 Bid Exemption of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, the Purchasing Agent engaged an ad hoc committee that approved the bid exemption on the basis of Professional Services whereby an existing long-standing successful relationship, and the knowledge gained through this relationship adds value integral to the services provided; and
WHEREAS, this agreement provides for the hardware purchase, software licensing and support services and the set up and implementation fees.
